Navigate around these crows to get to the other doorway.
Use the bottom dial/handle to get rid of the first crow, then cross to the first doorway.
Now use the other dial to get rid of the second crow so you can get to the other door.
Here you need to rotate your whole vantage point to get around. First, move up one square. Then rotate the monument so you can continue moving. Keep rotating as needed to climb higher and higher until you get to the very top and complete the level. Use the screenshots as a guide if you get stuck.
