Level 22:
After you defeat the level 14 Frost Giant in the Rimetooth Foothills, a new location will open up, called The Ring of Blood.
Level 23:
If you beat the level 12 dungeon called the Royal Vault at Byron’s Sepulcher, a level 23 boss area will open up called Desecrated Crypt.
If you complete the level 18 dungeon called The Lost Woods at Coastal Woodland, a level 23 boss level will unlock, called Bone Hedge.
Another level 23 dungeon is the Chaos Tower at Keep of the Eastern Sun, which is one of the locations for the Shards quest you got from the King. But you don’t get the Shard in this dungeon. After you clear this one, the level 24 Crystal Chamber unlocks in the same location.
Level 24:
After clearing the level 23 dungeon the Chaos Tower at Keep of the Eastern Sun, the level 24 dungeon Crystal Chamber unlocks in the same location. This is where you get the first of the three Solar Shards for the Shards quest. It’s a tough battle, though!
Level 25:
After you complete the level 17 dungeon called Den of the Lizard at Seaside Depths, the level 25 area called Charbone Lair will unlock.
Make your way through the level 25 Chaos Tower in the Keep of the Western Sun in order to unlock the Crystal Chamber and snag the second Shard.
Level 26:
After you complete the level 25 Chaos Tower in the Keep of the Western Sun you unlock the Crystal Chamber where you get the second Shard for the Shards quest.
Level 28:
The third and final Shard is located at the level 28 Chaos Tower in the Keep of the Northern Sun. The Crystal Chamber for this Keep is level 29.
Level 29:
The third and final Shard is located at the level 29 Crystal Chamber in the Keep of the Northern Sun, which unlocks after you complete the Chaos Tower.
Once you have all three Solar Shards, return to the castle to talk to the Steward and tell him you have the shards. He’ll tell you to come back in the evening for a Royal Meeting with the King so you can…erm….collect your “reward.”
Bonus Location:
You can go to the Colosseum in the Arena of Madness at any point and test your skills on endless waves of tough enemies. You can even win legendary loot if you make it far enough! It’s a great place to earn lots of experience if you have skills that can handle large mobs. I suggest finding yourself a good build and using the arena to both level up and get better equipment. I currently am using a Necro/Witch/Wizard with Horror, Mass Hysteria, Charm, Raise Dead, Mummy…all those help keep the heat off you. I’m also using Instant Cooldown items and a Vampire Fang that has 6% Leech Life. I’m still tweaking my build, but the 20% Instant Cooldown effect is helping a ton!

Has anyone managed to get Cartel quests yet? The lv4 Rich Vein quest from the Easton Blacksmith, the cartel ask you to join them by talking to the dude in the capital tavern. I tried this quest path, but the tavern keeper dialogue never delivered a quest. He just said to check back with him later, as he’s working on something. Perhaps this is related to the Robin Hood quest…..
I don’t think it goes anywhere. If it does, it’s bugged. I tried different options on several different games and didn’t get anything new.

For late game, I think the warrior is crazy. I can easily achieve 100+ kills in arena with skills like: knight’s skill-Revenge,cleave + paladin’s skill-aura of light + barbarian’s skill-frenzy,whirlwind,savage pounce(leap) + any other two skills (I use support skills like knight’s shield war/intimidate/victory banner or paladin’s power infusion). For passive, I use knight and barbarian’s passive. With life drain items (which I have is 15% life drain in total), you are almost unstoppable. Any AOE/revenge + paladin’s aura of light could immediately get you into full health. And frenzy applies crazy cool-down speed. My character’s data is ATK143 DFF55 (STR40,SKL12,END38,CHA13). The only thing you need to care is after wave 15, some monsters have huge burst damage, just don’t use support skills when you are not above half HP or you may get killed. When you are low, use crowd control skills like intimidate first. And also kill mage monsters first of course.
I am a Necromancer/wizard/witch, based around stun locking large groups of mobs and picking them off one by one. It works great (beat last solar shard boss at level 24), but the final boss is nigh impossible.
Any tips on beating THE final boss?
Yeah, he’s a toughie. There’s a lot going on during that battle, that it’s hard to even keep track of him. My build is similar to yours. I would suggest swapping out some of the skills like Horror and Mass Hysteria for high-damage single-target skills. Skeleton army doesn’t seem to do too much either, since he doesn’t summon too many minions. So you may have to try a completely different skill set than what you’ve been using.
I just one hitted the final boss with the final skill of necromancer “slay living” btw I am a pure necromancer.
I am a lvl 30 archer/battlemage/necromancer and can’t defeat the king not sure how to do it because whenever I get close he uses an attack then kills me in one hit. Any advice would really like a second opinion.
I attempted with a second account (Ninja/Battlemage). One word of advice: Do NOT get close unless you can self heal or smoke screen/charge.
Also, high damage, single target attacks seem to do well in the fight. I wouldn’t recommend any Necromancer raising spells either, his lightning destroys your skeletons very quickly, and his teleportation keeps them moving the entire time.
You need to teleport away from him when he starts glowing blue. Yeah, he’s a tough bastard.
If u want all classes mastered, use bard
Noble’s garb (+10%xp +4%crit)
Mystery egg (+20%xp) x 2 = 40%xp
Quick study (passive) (+10%xp)
Generalist (passive) (-30% cost of stat for learning skills/equipping items)
After u achieve generalist, u can master all skills or atleast most of them then u can tweak whatever build u want.
How can I get a two handed weapon?
You either loot it or buy it from the shopkeeper. To use it, you need the Barbarian’s skill that allows you to equip colossal weapons.

The shopkeeper is the blacksmith. But the best equipment is found in the Arena. Have you been there yet?
what lvl should I be before attempting the arena
On youtube, battleheart-colosum(spell caster) is an example: the staff got more than 200power, but it normaly 117if i remember well. Her skill n amulet dont give much power buff. :/ and yes, i have been in the arena
Are you sure it’s not hacked? Or did you forget to take into account the spell power from the character’s stat points?

I was around lvl 35 when I killed the final boss and I was using a Ninja/Knight/Barb character…
And I litarlly killed him in a matter of seconds…

I run a battlmage/paladin, with a bit of barb in it(lvl 19)
gear: onyx odachi, inferno armor, immortals goblet, shrunken head,
passive: time warp, might, armsman, colossal weapon, stalwart, death wish,
skills: flame weapon, thundering weapon, power infusion, aura of light, cleave, whirlwind, reckless blow, mana strike
the idea is with power infusion and aura of light, the aoe of whirlwind and the fire based mana strike. combined with cleave and thunder weapon and its mana strike while aura of light is down. means you heal all damage back when aura of light is active cuz ur doing so much aoe damage.
my build for this game focuses on monk stuff

2X ghost stone.
passive: thundering blows, counter strike, evasion, concussion, dragon style, punishment.
skills: savage pounce, ki shot, 1000 palms, frenzy, empty body, spirit trance, smoke bomb, stealth.
with it i have either 74% or 100% dodge chance at all times, i cant be targeted by range inside smoke bomb, i do a crapton of damage with counterstrike cuz i dodge everything and i never have to use pots ever. with savage pounce and ki shot i can take care of teleporting wizard enemies which are the only threat to this build. i took the eastern chaos tower without using a single pot at lvl 21

I was lvl 6 and went and got the skull of the necromancer after talking to wizard at mage tower for spider quest. I the took the skull to the tower. (Not spoiling what happens). Can i still now do the quest for the teacher? Im lvl 10 now and have ignored it . Also what do you get from that quest? I AM NOT FOLLOWING WIZARD TREE SO IT DOESNT REALLY MATTER. Thanks 🙂

I have 45% of critical chance so the impending doom skill is very usefull, when a lot of enemies are around i can just throw a flaming arrow and every single hit reduces my cold down so i can keep spamming skills
I don’t use any potion, only aura of light that give me a total of 44% of lide drain (I use every time since i almost don’t have cold down)
Always die when monsters starts killing me with 3 hits lol

Hey guys I am currently a level 40 knight/paladin/battlemage with the ninja’s dual wield and my armor is the ageis of the pride, my hammers are two hammers of the underkings, and my items are crown of the sundering and choke of the red feast. I can easily beat everything except for one problem. I opened crazy mode and killed the steward of the castle. I got the three solar shards but now I can’t talk to him. What should I do?
At the quest with the mushroom guy, if you fail your charisma,start a battle with him,he will let you the mushroom for 100 gold.
Hey im on the final bosses for the solar shards and ive gotten the first and second one down to one hit and it just takes them to chat and they repeat what they said when you first enter the dungeon i dont understand whats happening. I havent tried the third boss but im sure it ll be the same. Any ideas on what im doing wrong?
With my paladin build, I can almost completely obliterate any foe in a matter of seconds. Wrath from the paladin and Frenzy from the barbarian is an extremely nice combo!
Btw I’m lvl72 with dual-wield Witherstrikes, a Mor’doth Doomplate. I can use those two skills simultaneously with Impending Doom from the ninja and Victory Banner from the knight to increase my crit chance.
